This wucai (five-color) tianqiu vase features a green-ground neck with reserved scrollwork and a white-ground body painted with mythical beasts amid peony scrolls. The porcelain body is formed from premium kaolin clay, with a dense white paste and glossy glaze. The neck is decorated with emerald green ground and reserved “ren”-shaped cloud scrolls interspersed with polychrome flower sprigs; the shoulder has a brocade-ground band with roundels of treasures and landscapes; the body is painted in vivid wucai enamels with a qilin and a suanni lion striding among blooming peonies, with detailed mane, scales and foliage. The foot is finished with lotus-petal border, matched with double-layer fabric display base. Dimension: Height 38cm × Width 17cm (14.96×6.69in). All throwing, reserved-ground carving, hand-painting and multiple high-temperature firings are finished by pure traditional handcraft without mass-produced industrial molds. The enamels develop richer tone and antique patina after long-term preservation away from direct strong light. Auspicious Meanings: Auspicious beasts ward off evil, wealth and good fortune, qilin brings offspring, all things go smoothly, rising career, noble prosperity. It serves as high-end art collectible, hall decorative ornament, study flower vessel and premium housewarming gift. Care Instruction: Avoid dropping and hard impact to prevent chipping on rim, enamel edges and foot. Keep away from oil fume, perfume and chemical detergents to prevent enamel staining. Do not expose under direct sunlight, microwave or dishwasher. Wipe with soft dry cloth and store in sealed light-proof and moisture-proof box when not on display; always hold by the body, never lift by the neck.
