Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging is included
• Proof of purchase is provided

Please note that custom or limited-edition pieces may not be eligible for return, as stated on the product page.

Return Process

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
